Wavering mind can be controlled

to some extent by spiritual practices.

Religion is spirituality put to practice. It is an organized set of beliefs, customs and rituals performed to calm down and focus the mind. The rites performed in any religion should not be mistaken for discrimination but should be understood and practiced in real sense for realizing the divinity which already exists in us.  The Adichunchangiri Math also assists its devotees in clearing their chitta-vritti (agitated mind) and to internalize themselves for developing consciousness of the Self. The Math also believes in Advaitha school of philosophy of Tat- tvam Asi propounded by Adi Guru Sri  Shankaracharya. Many dharmic rituals are performed daily at the Sri Kshetra Math.
